We hope you love your Knicker Luxe purchase but understand that in some cases, a return or exchange may be necessary.
We know when shopping online, size can sometimes feel like a bit of a gamble. We want you to feel safe in your choice and so have a comprehensive brand size guide that should help with the decision making. If you're still unsure, just know that our styles are super stretchy without sacrificing the all-important fit, so if you choose your usual size you can be pretty confident they'll fit.
Of course, if the item is faulty we will exchange or refund the item providing it is unworn, unwashed, with tags on and in the original packaging. Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
All return claims will need to be lodged within 14 days of receiving goods and customers are responsible for all shipping charges on their return or exchange. Please note that the original delivery charge will not be refunded.
No cash refunds will be given on any items purchased with a gift card - these will be credited back onto the gift card.
All our styles are photographed to ensure the most accurate image of our colours are displayed. Knicker Luxe cannot guarantee the colour on your monitor.
